Here you’ll find a non exhaustive list of sweet good that can be ordered for Birthdays, Anniversaries or any special moments that require deliciousness. Customs cakes can also be ordered, you just need to tell us what flavours, textures and appearances you are seeking and we’ll go from there.

Fraisier
This is THE French Strawberry Cake, made with over a kilo of fresh strawberries, it contains 2 discs of almond sponge cake and all of it is held by a sumptuous Mousseline cream (French buttercream and French custard).

Frangipane Fruit tart
A French classic, baked seasonal fruits on a layer of frangipane almond cream and a crispy shortbread base. Can me made with pears, apples, nectarines, apricots, plums and pineapple.

Berry Pavlova
Classic Aussie (or Kiwi…) dessert, this one has been Frenched a bit, as we use a French Meringue for the base(heaps better!), Madagascar Vanilla Whipped Cream, Raspberry puree and Fresh Berries.

Devil’s Food Cake
American Chocolate Cake, made with layers of the classic Devil’s Food Cake cocoa sponge, French Dark Chocolate Crémeux and topped with cocoa glaze.

Yule Log (December only)
This is the traditional French cake for Christmas called “Buche De Noel”.
Made with cocoa roulade, Madagascar vanilla cream, Crispy hazelnut praline, coated with hazelnut buttercream and topped with dark chocolate and roasted hazelnuts. It’s light and tasty, perfect to end the Christmas meal.
It is available for December only.

Dark Chocolate Tart
Creamy dark chocolate filling on a crispy almond tart shell and topped with cocoa glaze.
Made with French Dark Chocolate at 62%, the result is an awesome chocolate explosion that is not too sweet and not bitter.
